I've used both of these waxes in the past, with the FK #2685 being used about 2 months ago and I though I would post a quick review for the wax.
I hope you don't mind the review in English, as I don't speak German
I've applied the FK #2685 wax using a Dodo Juice finger applicator. The application was very easy, like child's play.
Although the wax is very hard, it spreads very easily and has a oily consistentcy during application. It is very easy to apply it in thin layers.
After about 15mins, drying time, I've removed the residues using a MF towel. The buffing was as easy as the application, even in the areas were I've applied slightly more product. Unlike FK #1000P, were the aplication was harder, with FK #2685 I had absolutelly no problem. I would say it is the easiest to apply wax I've ever used.
These are the results imediately after application (I've used FK #303 Foam pad glaze to prep the surface) - please excuse the dirty rear window.
The second day, I took the car out for more pictures
The hood was polished with Meguiars M205:
My conclusions: Looks wise, FK #2685 maintains some of the plastic-wrap look of FK #1000P, but has deeper reflections characteristic to Carnauba waxes. The beading is good even after 1.5 months (it's still on the car).
The application is one of the easiest among waxes and sealants.
